Admissions for the A/Y 2022-23

Overview

Students who are eligible to be admitted for V, VII Semester B.Tech, V, VII & IX Semester B.Arch for the academic year 2022-23 are required to pay the prescribed admission fee online. To check the Notification (download), Click on the below button

Procedure to pay:

Step 1: Log onto https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=5336415
Step 2: Read the terms and conditions and click the checkbox to proceed for payment.
Step 3: Select Payment Category as “Admission Fee AY 2022 23”
Step 4: Enter your registration number
Step 5: Verify your personal details and the fee amount. Enter your Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile Number to generate your e-receipt.
Step 6: Verify the details displayed and proceed for payment.
Step 7: You can make payment through Card, Netbanking, UPI etc
Step 8: Once payment is confirmed, download your e receipt.

Last Date for online payment is 23rd January, 2023

How to regenerate your admission fee e-receipt once the payment is done

Log onto https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=5336415
Read the terms and conditions and click the checkbox to proceed.
Click the hamburger button (the triple bar ≡ or trigram symbol ☰) and go to payment history.
Enter the details you had provided during fee payment and click go.
Your transaction details will be listed for the selected period. You can download the receipt from the tabular column.

After Online Payment:

After the payment, students are required to obtain the prescribed application forms for admission from the Office of the Chairman of the concerned department by producing the fee receipt paid.

Fill the application forms and submit them duly filled and other documents (photo copies of previous semester marks cards) as informed. Last Date for form submission of duly filled forms is 23-01-2023.

The concerned department will verify the duly filled application forms and verify the submitted documents with regard to "ELIGIBILITY". The duly verified application forms along with the enclosures shall be forwarded by the Chairpersons to the Office of Director for approval of admission on or before 25-01-2023.

Following this, the announcement of Admissions Approved List will be announced.
