Overview

The candidates seeking admission to 1st semester B.Tech/B.arch in University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE) are requried to submit the following documents

1. Original Documents to be submitted
• Fee paid receipt at KEA
• Seat Allotment Order
• SSLC/ 10^th Marks Card
• PUC/12^th Std Marks Card
• Study Certificate for having studied 7 years in Karnataka (1st Std to 12th Std)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) (preferably at the time of admission)
• Migration Certificate (for CBSE/ICSE/INTER/OUTSIDE Karnataka students only)
• Income Certificate & Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Physically handicapped Certificate (if applicable)
• Kannada Medium/Rural Certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate pertaining to Defence/Sports(if applicable)
• Aadhar card (Photo copy of Aadhar card & original for verifcation at the time of admission)
• Passport-Size photographs (2 Nos)
• Any other documents submitted at KEA
2. Self-attested copies of the above documents in 2 sets.
3. Soft copy of the each of the above documents in PDF format with the size of each document not to exceed 100KB is to be submitted in pen drive at the time of admission (pen drive will be returned)

NOTE: Civil & Architecture students are also required to complete their admission process at K R Circle, Bangalore.

For GM Students:

• CET Order Copy
• UVCE Admission Acknowledgement Copy
• Student Caste Certificate

• Distance Certificate issed by Tashsildar/PWD Officer/Gram Panchayat Secretary
